Home values have dramatically decreased and taxes are also very high according to the opinions of some residents. Rental prices aren't too bad in Warwick with one bedrooms starting around $600. You'll enjoy beautiful scenery and an historical atmosphere. But, the recession puts a damper on this charming seaside town.
