The apartments are outdated. The owners put no money into the property yet expect a rent increase every year.
I have watched several drug busts. I have come home to find police taping off a road only to find out a man was shot due to drugs. The staff put out a flyer saying the man was not a resident of the property - but, this is what life is like here. There is nothing for children to do here, no playground. All appliances are older than dirt. The cabinets are so horrible looking, no one will stain them.
All sorts of people live here. Some good, some bad. Apparently, drug dealers like this neighbor as well and this is not spam - call the Sheriff's department, call Springdale police, google Mallard Lakes Springdale shooting 2011.. It's not a youthful neighborhood. People stay indoors. Some people walk, you see people walking pets - there are no trails here.
