Overview
(edit)
From its humble origins as a stage coach stop in the early 1800s, the small city of Simpsonville has become a thriving commercial center. As part of the "Golden Strip" - so named due to the host of business and industrial enterprises that make their home here - Simpsonville is an area of markedly low unemployment. However, such industriousness must be balanced with leisure time, and Simpsonville residents have no shortage of green space, golf courses, and country clubs from which to choose.
Located just 12 miles south of Greenville, SC in the rolling hills, you will find Simpsonville to be a great place to live, work and play. Growth and success of this community has contributed to the many opportunities that businesses provide. Although Simpsonville has a small town feel, it has unique character that is culturally diverse and enjoys access to all the amenities associated with a larger metropolitan real estate area.
