Overview
(edit)
Rock Hill is a small city in St. Louis County, Missouri. At last census, the population was just under 5,000.
Even though Rock Hill was incorporated in the 1920s, the town itself has been settled for over 200 years.
Most homes and apartments are older, but well maintained and affordable. Apartment complexes can be rare, but garage apartments and duplexes are available for rent. Although the homes are well maintained, some have not been updated in several years and may lack the modern amenities that a renter is looking for.
While there may not be too many activities in Rock Hill, a few annual events take place, such as the holiday lighting contest as well as several block parties. Parks and greenspace is plentiful, as is a hike and bike trail. Most activities are available in nearby St. Louis.
Employment is also found outside of the town, and most residents commute to and from St. Louis for work.
Educational options are plentiful, with many schools to choose from, as well as a few major universities a short distance away.
