Pinellas Park, Florida

Pinellas Park is a community of 49,000 people located several miles south of St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport off of I275.  It is only 14 square miles and centrally located on the Clearwater Peninsula with Tampa Bay just minutes to the east and the Gulf of Mexico a short drive to the west.  The local community prides itself with excellent year-round festivals, fairs, farmers markets and outdoor events. 

Recreational facilities abound in Pinellas Park with Busch Gardens just a few miles away and Disney and Universal Theme parks just a little more than an hour's drive.  Pinellas is a short commute to downtown Clearwater and the larger Tampa metropolitan area.  A variety of housing and community activities make this an attractive area for many types of people.  St.Petersburg College and ITT Technical both have compuses in Pinellas Park. This is an outstanding place with excellent climate, a great variety of nearby shopping (outlet malls) and many outdoor activities to choose from.
