Cloe Town is one of the most hip Historic neighborhoods in Newnan, located next to down town with all its locally owned shops, restaurants and bars.

Hip newly restored historic neighborhood. Both retired and young couples and singles. Proffesional people who take pride in owning a historic property.
Walk to downtown Newnan, two blocks. Many shops gormet restaurants and fun night clubs.
Values are great! Majority of the houses have been re-built in the last five years and work is still continuing. It's modern day living in a re-built shell of a 100 year old historic house.
