Overview (edit)

Slightly run down, but full of life this neighborhood is on the rise. It’s definitely bustling and full of activity. Not the cleanest part of town and sometimes a little sketchy, but the people that do live here, and have for sometime, are loyal residents dedicated to keeping their neighborhood safe and vibrant. This is a true urban neighborhood that doesn’t try to be something it’s not.

Transportation & Parking

Parking will be relatively easy as the streets are not super congested.

Traffic is also low congested. There are also several buses close by getting you all over the Twin Cities.

Rental Advice & Tips

As mention above, there are a lot of fixer-uppers in this neighborhood, and dealing with landlords may be a problem. So it is best to do your homework before signing a lease. Visit the neighborhood. Single women may not feel super safe in this neighborhood.

Pets are often welcome in this neighborhood and some places allow dogs, these places though are not the prettiest places. Powderhorn Park is also very close by and it’s a pretty park ideal for walking Fido!
