Lebanon, PA has a very attractive urban center where businesses thrive and the people enjoy the downtown atmosphere. The city is very safe and has a number for restaurants, especially on E. Cumberland Street. Apartment seekers will find homes at reasonable prices, from $700 to $900. However, the town isn't that big, so many more choices are going to be in larger metropolitan areas. The cost of living is low here. All four season come and go each year. But, there's not a lot to do. And, the town isn't really close to anything spectacular like huge national forests, the beach, or ski resorts. People also don't make the big bucks like they can in large cities. Overall, you can find some nice looking apartments that are doable. But, the town suffers a big blow on the "interesting" scale. You can find something more interesting for the same amount of money.
