Very reasonably priced. Agree that more pet owners pick after their animals. Maintenance did install new bath sink faucet and new AC. Appliances do need updating. Appear to be very well insulated. Need recycle bins. Water fees a little pricey. when we had a family of 5 never paid over $30 and here with 2 people is over $35. Laundry facility OK. Parking no problems. Love the scenery.Pool great! Staff very helpful and friendly. Very spacious apartments. At 944 sq ft it is bigger then our nephews house at 913 sq ft! Great community! Have referred it to many people.

We have lived here for a couple of years and think that the apartments are ok. Management and maintenance are really nice and easy to work with, although I have to agree with other posts that the appliances and the buildings overall could use some updating. We have dogs and we follow the rules about leashes and cleanup, but we've found that many of our neighbors do not properly leash their dogs or clean up after them. The neighborhood that surrounds the apartments is nice and for the money I would say that the apartments are a good place to stay for awhile.

I'm a current resident, and considering the area we're surrounded by, rent is very reasonable. Maintenance does a decent job in a timely manner. However, as another resident commented, sometimes the maintenance staff just does a quick fix, and especially in kitchen repairs it damages the floor a bit. Most units have either a balcony or patio. Management is very friendly. Not too fond of the prices at the laundry facility though, but that's bearable, and less expensive than going to an actual laundromat. Overall, nothing too bad though. Good neighborhood and lots of friendly people.

Need to update appliances. Mine are very old and need replaced. Buildings could use paint and new roofs. Maintenance is there quickly but usually just rigs things to make them work. Items need replaced, not just rigged up.
Scenery is fabulous. Trees, lake, luscious greenery.
Pool looks inviting. Can't wait till it opens.
I'm very happy here. Best of all...it's affordable.

Would like to see that they start up dating the apartments that people live in. I have been in my apartment for 5years and nothing has been updated. The only thing that goe updated was the bathroom floor and that was only done cause of a water mess. Kitchen needs better working appliances, My stove has been rigged to work. Stove in back in the 60's so is the frig. Some apartments have new appliances, and pay less rent then us people that been here for a long time. NEED TO UP DATE>>>>
