There are lots of restaurants and a couple bars around Baymeadows area. If you are looking for a club within walking distance, this is not the place to live. The clubs are more toward the beach. My advice is to drive around for a while in the area. There are lots of different apartment communities in one area. Go to them at night and see who is walking around. I have lived in that area for 5 years and it has been a mix between different apartment communities. My car did get broken into twice.  Just keep that in mind when looking around. It is very close to everything for instance, the towncenter, the avenues mall, the beach, downtown, JTB, I 95, I 295. Good place to live minus a couple setbacks.
