I have lived here for 2 years. The complex is kept well groomed, the staff is friendly and has responded to requests for repairs promptly. An online system makes communicating your needs to the complex easy and quick. It is very convenient to dining, entertainment and work. Parking on the same level as your apartment in a multi floor building is very convenient. The apartments appear well insulated for noise as it always seems quiet. Communication from the management is useful and regular. The exercise facilities are equal to health clubs and kept in good shape.

My recommendation if you decide to move to Camden Greenway is not to expect much. There is ONE competitent person in the office being Ashley Stewart; the rest are unknowledgeable and unhelpful - they have one Lease to learn and most don't understand the legality or meaning of it. DO expect that if you actually need something, they will act as though you are a bother rather than the reason they are employeed. I have had mold around my apartment that I asked them to repair - they missed it several times I reported it and then finally painted over it; not exactly a repair. My faucet on my kitchen sink has broken and leaked SEVERAL times in the 3+ years I've lived there and they refuse to replace it; it now has duct tape on the inside of the cover - I'm sure that won't leak again. The gates are always broken and slam with a ferocity that startles you most the time. If they get you in a good rate in the beginning expect an enormous hike at renewal. They will also lease to a new tenant cheaper than they will renew your Lease. I would say mediocrity is at best what is offered at Camden Greenway. I could go on and on, but in the end what I will say is, if you live here you will be in a great location, but I wouldn't expect much from the complex itself.

Im a former Resident in Camden.. I was here for 8 months.. Im very much pleased with the Camden. PPl in office are very good .. If u have any issues then they will respond immedaitely.. Very near to HEB,KROGER and other restaurants.. Near to Downtown.. Nice Place to live..

LOVE this complex. Have lived here for over 2 years and will definitely renew my lease again! Beautiful apartments and grounds, friendly staff, excellent maintenance, safe, perfect location. The covered parking lots are great, you never have a problem finding a space.

Overall I'm pleased with Camden Greenway and Camden as a whole. I moved in 12/09 and love the apartment that I chose. The staff has been very friendly, any questions or concerns I've had have been answered or addressed as best as possible. The onsite amenities are great. I love the two level gym with Weights on the lower floor and Cardio upstairs. There's a wifi room, business center, three pools on the property. The grounds are well kept, I've rarely seen garbage lying around. Maintenance has been quick to address my only issue that arose (smoke detector malfunction). My only complaint would be parking and parking enforcement or lack thereof. There's enough parking for residents and the parking garages are for residents only. The only problem is many residents will let their guests in the garage taking away spaces from paying residents. Parking is supposed to be enforced with Camden Resident stickers but is not. If you work beyond 6pm parking can be difficult add to that the sheer number of people with vehicles that barely fit in the spaces or can't park straight to save their lives and well, residency here will make you a master at parking a vehicle in a tight spot. I haven't had a problem with crime, if you keep your car free of valuables you'll leave nothing to be stolen. The apartments have alarm systems that can be monitored (for a fee of course). Management issues monthly crime prevention tips and has even hosted meetings between city police and residents to address any issues. Overall I would recommend Camden Greenway, it's close to the city, close to shopping, theaters, etc. For the price I'm not sure you could find any better inside the loop.

Current a resident for over 1 and half years. In the first 4 months I lived here my car as well as several others were burglarized in the parking garage. For what you pay, you would think they would have security or AT LEAST cameras but that is not the case. When I first moved in, management was awesome- super nice and accomodating. New managers as of February...not so much. Assistant manager is one of those types who treats you like it's a privilege to live here..not particularly accomodating.

I've lived at Camden Greenway for over 2yrs.,love,love,love it. Best place to live in the inner loop for the price, location and amenties. Beautiful property, quiet and safe. Leasing office personel professional and nice. Access to the best resturants, clubs, galleria,grocery stores, downtown and to any freeway you need to get to.

I am HAPPY to recommend Camden Greenway as THE FINEST apartment community I have ever experienced in my 14 years as a renter. While I am a Camden Employee, I do have a choice in rental properties. I have CHOSEN to live at Greenway for the past five years and am happy to say I don't plan on going anywhere! The community is meticulously maintained and my service requests, albeit few, are tended to immediately. The staff provides SINCERE customer service, never hesitating to understand what my needs are as a resident.
