Overview (edit)

Addicks Park Ten is an older neighborhood that is part of the Bear Creek/Katy area. This area enjoys many commerical amenities, such as grocery stores and shopping opportunities, and also has many schools. The area is quite family friendly, with a huge park complete with a small zoo, hiking, and picnic opportunities.

The neighborhoods were established in the late 80s and early 90s, and still bear the style. Since this is an older area, there are lots of large trees that you won't find in other newer neighborhoods in the area. The rents are relatively inexpensive for the area, due to distance from Houston and the fact that it is an older area.

I lived out here for a year or so. Its not too bad, but I was far away from the city. The area is also very family friendly and enjoys low crime.
