I will begin by warning you DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Our rent was raised each time our lease ended. We had several maintenance problems including an urgent issue where live birds were entering our apartment though a bathroom vent. Well, apparently live animals entering your apartment isn't an urgent issue because it was more than a week before the issue was addressed. Very slow maintenance on other issues as well. You have to pay mandatory cable and valet waste. We paid for our trash to be picked up yet it was never picked up. I've lost count how many times our trash wasn't picked up and we addressed the issue with management only to hear "we will take care of it" only to find it happen over and over. Upon move out we made the mistake of not doing a walk though with management. We didn't think there would be a problem because we left the apartment spotless. Well, less than a week after we moved out we received our move out statement and found we were charged for trash removal. After calling management and explaining we left nothing behind, they sent us pictures of what was left behind. We didn't even OWN anything in the pictures. Management insisted nobody had been in the apartment between the time we had moved out and they had inspected the apartment. They were very unwilling to work with us and never dropped the charge. It is still a mystery how the trash got in our apartment but I am pretty sure if you do not schedule a walk though they will plant trash, take pictures of it and charge you!
