Garner is a town in Wake County, North Carolina and a suburb of Raleigh.
The town got its start from the construction of a railroad station in 1883. Soon after, Garner established a post office, mills and homes. Population growth hit a stride after World War II, and is still growing today.
With it's close proximity to Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, and other areas, the town of Garner is a place for those looking to live in a small town with the benefits of being close to a large city.
