Duluth, Minnesota is one of the largest cities in Minnesota, with a population of just under 90,000 people. If you count the Duluth Metropolitan Statistical Area, which overlaps into Wisconsin, the population grows to a staggering 275,000 people.

Residents of Duluth enjoy a variety of activities that appeal to pretty much any interest. For the outdoors type, Duluth is home to several marathons, the 39-mile Superior Hiking Trail and several public golf courses and parks. The indoor inclined will enjoy lots of museums, theatres, symphonies and a professional ballet company. The city is home to virtually any sport you can imagine, though most are on a minor league/recreational level. Anything from curling to yachting, football to roller derby is readily available just minutes away from almost any Duluth apartment complex.
A large city with small town values, Duluth, Minnesota is a city that is constantly moving, building and doing. Major employment, a variety of affordable apartments and activities galore await future residents who are looking to live in a friendly, mid-sized city.
