Take the Tollway south until it ends and after going through the last toll booth it turns into Harry Hines Blvd. Take Harry Hines Blvd to Pearl Street and turn left. Take Pearl to McKinney and take another left on McKinney Avenue. Take McKinney Avenue North and we are located at 3000 McKinney Ave on the right side at the corner of Oakgrove.
From 75 Central:
Take 75 South and exit at the Hall, Lemmon, Haskell exit. Take a right on Hall street. Take Hall to Oakgrove. At the light turn on Oakgrove going left. Take Oakgrove to McKinney Ave, the building on your right is the Leasing Center. Turn right onto McKinney Ave and then make an immediate right into the Uptown Leasing Center parking lot.
From I-35:
Take 35 south towards Downtown and exit Oaklawn. Go left on Oaklawn take Oaklawn to maple. Turn right on Maple. Take Maple all the way to McKinney Ave. Turn left on McKinney Ave and head north. We are located at 3000 McKinney Ave on the right side at the corner of Oakgrove.

Pet Policy - The following dogs are not permitted: Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Shar-peis, any mixed breed that includes any prohibited breed, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, former Military or Police trained dogs and any dog with a history of biting. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited. Qualified service animals are always welcome w/out fee.
Pet Policy - Pet Types Allowed: Dogs, Cats, Fish, Caged Birds. Number of Pets per Apartment: Maximum of 2. Pet Weight Limit: Maximum 80 lbs combined. Pet Age Limit: Must be over 1 year old. Total Pet Deposit: $500/pet for 1-30 lbs, $1000/pet for 31-80 lbs. Non-Refundable Pet Deposit: $350/pet for 1-30 lbs, $750/pet for 31-80 lbs. Other Comments: Manager has discretion regarding each property pet policy. We are currently accepting dogs on first floor apartments only, apartment numbers 101-140.
