The greater Columbus area has a number of distinctive neighborhoods ranging from older historical areas to more modern communities. The area offers its residents a variety of activities including, recreation centers, summer camps, playgrounds, pools and free swim lessons, boating, creative and performing arts, outdoor education, golf, sports, and therapeutic recreation. Columbus has a generally strong and diverse economy. Many business sectors, ranging from high tech to insurance call Columbus home. That diversity has allowed it to fair better during the recent economical downturn. As home to Ohio State University, a good transportation system, with several airports within reach, and home too many outstanding hospitals it's easy to see that there is a true livability to this diverse city.

I currently reside within Olentangy Terrace Apartments within Columbus,Ohio. There are secured entrances as well as a very helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal because I feel that I am right in the middle of everything the city has to offer. State Route 315 is right outside my front door which provides me with access to Ohio State University, downtown, and the great shopping!
I would recommend to anyone living at Summerville Apartment at Lazelle and Sancus. The area is quiet, safe, friendly neighbor and affordable.
Summerview Apartments 8357 Falling Water Lane Columbus, OH 43240 A great appartment to live in. All the staff are extremely nice, helpful and courteous. The residents are also nice. Lots of space within and outside the appartments. The lakes and the all season gountains make it more full of life and naturally beautiful.
SummerView Apartments When I saw this apartment community, I have seen lot of apartments but nothing matches this in comparison to low price and high quality ammeneties. Below facilities that attracted me- - Washer Dryer in built free which is not with other apartment community - Unlimited water usage(free) - free time dollar that i can use anytime during my stay. - Near to Polaris Mall and other market place. All places 1/2 mile distance. - has facility of Garage parking that is not bounded monthly. it can be taken any month and if don't want then can discontinue. when we moved to this community, we are really very happy to see maintenance quality. If blinds broken can be replaced freely. Office takes call on priority and send person as on priority.
8387 cascade view dr, columbus, oh 43240 Beautiful Place to Live in … I am staying here for more than 1 year with my family , this is a very peaceful, well maintained beautiful apartment (lakes, fountains) located very close to Chase, Polaris fashion mall, many restaurants, the and easy access to the freeway..... In comparison to other apartments in the same locality it offers low price, many other amenities, free washer dryer installed within unit, no extra water charges, optional covered parking, summing pool, membership to fitness gym, and pets allowed.... The apartment is very well maintained, in case any issue (water leakage, door lock problem, electricity fittings ...) just call in the office, and somebody will come and fix immediately on urgent basis.....

Just a hop, skip, and a jump to numerous establishments and activities about; as well 161 and 270 close at hand for easy access to that abroad!

Functional and well laid floor plans are spacious and the kitchen makes cooking enjoyable! In apartment laundry room as well a great feature!
A humble fireplace always a joy to warm and brighten any of winters chill or simply enjoy amongst a gathering of friends!
And certainly not least; quaint wooded views amidst a shale laiden runoff creek tantalizing to wildlife! Deer prance about, squirrels scurrying busily foraging, and birds in flight singing sweetly of cheer! (views vary dependent to apartment location but mature trees flourish about the grounds!)
