Northern Colorado Springs

There's a good mixture of everyone on this property.  I was happy that Talon Hill did a background check and credit check on me.  It helps keep bad residents away.

Within 5 minutes of Talon Hill there are a few choices for great food and beer!

One of my favorite places is called Back East... They have great wings! There's also a place called Champs, they have one of the largest food menus ive ever seen.  Champs reminds me of a BETTER Rock Bottom Brewery.

You get what you pay for... In northern Colorado Springs you only have a few apartment choices.  You know Talon Hill is quality when you first drive in.

I've lived in a few apartment communities and parking has alway been a problem. I've never had a problem with Talon Hill! The property is huge and parking is readily available. :)

I would only consider two places to live in colorado springs... First off, Talon Hill. Second, Alexian.... Alexian is too far out of the way though too far east from everything 

Talon Hill is very pet friendly. They only charge a pet fee and a pet deposit. You dont have to mess with pet rent!

There's a ton to do in this area... Movies,hiking,shopping!

The outdoor mall: Shops at Briargate

There are a ton of great places here. Apple store, California Pizza kitchen, Starbucks, you name it! 

Talon Hill is close to a lot of places. Super Walmart, Super Target, 24hour fitness, and there are a ton of great store in the Chapel Hills mall like THE BUCKLE!! I love that place...
