Boca Raton is an afluent city with lots of rich history. From the early influences of Addison Mizner, the original developer, and the migration of out of staters and international influences, Boca Raton, is truly a melting pot with lots to offer it's residents.

Boca Raton has it's own general aviation airport and then sits between Palm Beach International Airport to the north and Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport to the south. Even Miami International is less then an hour away. Their is a Tri-Rail station located at Yamato Road. CSX Transportation and Florida East Coast Railway also serve the city.
12 elementary schools, five middle schools including the newest Don Estridge High Tech middle school, and four public High Schools. 17 private schools, and five Higher Education schools, including FAU and Lynn University.
South Florida weather is typically mild. Rainy season is from May thru November and Hurricane season is June to November. Winters are mild and the breezy beach breezes really keep the 100 degree weather away that is found in the central part of the state.
