Great friendly neighbors. Always clean. Gates dont always work...usually after it rains. Great pool. Been here 4 months and love it. Pet fee is a little high. nice clean updated apartment. no problems so far. lawn mowers are annoying if your trying to sleep in but other than that the landscaping is beautiful. very nice price compared to other complexes surrounding.

Quiet place to live. Clean. Upgraded landscaping regular basis. Maintenance is great, quick, and efficient. Noisy, unruly neighbors are not tolerated. Regular pressure washing sidewalks, parking and breezeways. Have lived here for nearly 4 years and am quite happy with the office staff, maintenance and my friendly neighbors.

Service Requests and site maintinence are outstanding! Hallways could be pressure washed and valet trash pickup is nice but they are picky about that they will take. Hardware and fixtures could be updated. Overall, an excellent value for the money!

Apartments need to be pressure washed in hallways between units...dirty from everyone's trash stains. And just buildup!
Water bill is high. All units could benefit from water saver shower heads...hot water runs out quick due to volume of water coming out--old school hardware.
Excellent, timely maintainence tho.
