Waverly Hills is in Northern Arlington, located about a mile from Ballston Metro. The suburb has a small town feel, with friendly residents who connect at the local coffee shops and cafes. Though Waverly Hills is located about 10 miles from downtown DC, the commute is fairly easy. Traffic heading east on the 66 minimal and Waverly Hills has some nice public transportation options including the Metrobus route.
If you like outdoor activities, then Waverly Hills is a great spot. There are some nice biking and running trails on the outskirts of town, and a bunch of parks.

Waverly Hills is a great community, with a great community, friendly neighbors, and lots of outdoor activities nearby. Great place for families, but not idea if you are looking for lively party scene.
