Arden Arcade, California

The Arden-Arcade community is located in the heart of Sacramento County. Located between the American River and Interstate 80, and Ethan Ave. and Mission Ave, the Arden Arcade area has over 40 distinct neighborhoods. Arden Arcade is 21 square miles and is one of the most developed areas of urban Sacramento. Housing ranges from multi-million dollar homes to affordable housing. Known for it's shopping, this area is a large contributor to the economy of the area. The oldest building in the area, built in 1914, is the Arden Middle School. Residents of the area can enjoy the amenities of a big city but have the pleasure of living in an area where pride is taken in each neighborhood.
