Anniston, Alabama is a city located in Calhoun County. Anniston is near Birmingham and Atlanta, Georgia. Anniston has a population of approximately 27,000 residents.
Anniston is home to the Anniston Museum of Natural History and the Berman Museum of World History. Music at McClellan is held every year at the old Fort and hosted by the Alabama Symphony Orchestra.
