Employment can be found in just about every sector here, from professional services to fast-food. Traffic on surface streets can be an issue because Scottsdale is a busy place and public transportation, while available, is pretty much useless. Scottsdale has so much to offer if a person has money and is into the upscale lifestyle. There can be an attitude of superiority in certain sections of town and this area definitely attracts the \"beautiful people\" in the Valley. New venues like the Kierland Commons and the Waterfront are great places to hang out and people watch. Good food, good shopping and beautiful homes...if you can afford it and if you can deal with the occasional snobs.
